EL-Lene HDPE and EL-Pro products are designed to suit the manufacture of injection molded crates which have a variety of grade to fullfill all functional requirements of customers. Our customers intend to use with their crates for good dimensional stability, excellent weathering resistance, exceptional toughness, wide range for service temperature. EL-Lene HDPE and EL-Pro product are material of choice of industrial crate for beverage, dairy product, fruit, etc. and available in combination with UV stabilizer for customer's choice.
 


Battery Case
 

   
EL-Pro, P722JO product is designed to meet all intrinsic needs for battery case ranging from low shrinkage and warpage, high productivity, ease of demolding, superior resistance to impact and enhanced product appearance. EL-Pro P722JO product is a UV stabilized resin which selected by our customers to produce automotive, motorcycle, industrial, and stationery battery.
 


Electrical Appliance
 

   
Electrical appliances are the wide variety of, for example, washing machine parts, refrigerator parts and fan parts. Since these electrical appliance parts are strongly considered in excellent balance in stiffness and toughness properties, EL-Pro product is available in a broad range of property and MFRs which capable to serve all requirements.
 


Household & Furniture
 

           
Our products for household & furniture provide an enhancement in aesthetics and functional properties in many high value added products such as office accessories, food containers, storage boxes and both in outdoor and interior furnitures. EL-Lene and EL-Pro products have advantages in good dimention stability, toughness, durability, odorless and optical properties in case clarity is need.
 


Automotive
 

 

The most widely used thermoplastic for automotive parts are natural, compounded Polypropylene and Polyethylene. EL-Pro is the material of choice for product which require excellent impact strength and stiffness. EL-Lene is selected when flexibility and softness are needed. EL-Pro and EL-Lene are the recognized materials for automotive part ranging from door panel, lamp housing, rear tray, instrument panel, bumper, steering wheel core, console box to fender.
 


Pallet & Pail
 

           

SCG plastics's materials are widely used in industrial products which require superior resistance to impact, excellent dimensional stability and low warpage combined with broad range service temperature. EL-Pro and EL-Lene products provide a range of grades including high level of UV resistance in order to enhance finished products quality.
 


Garbage bin
 

           

EL-Lene HDPE product is designed to be narrow molecular weight distribution characteristic which provides the key performance of impact strength, low shrinkage, stiffness. UV resistance by enhancing the competitive advantage in UV resistance. EL-Lene HDPE product is available in UV stabilizer addition to offer UV resistance for 40 liter to 660 liter garbage bin size.
 


Beverage Cap and Closure
 

 

To serve all intrinsic requirements of beverage bottle cap, EL-Lene H555J, H555JA are specially designed to achieve organoleptic approval (odorless, tasteless), good environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR), excellent dimensional stability, balanced stiffness and impact strength. In order to facilitate customer's need, slip agent addition grade which is names as H555J and no slip agent addition grade which is named as H555JA are available. EL-Lene HDPE product can be well processed with both extrusion compression molding and injection molding machine for all beverage bottle cap and closure such as stilled water, sparkling water, cabonated soft drink, and juice.
 


General Cap and Closure
 

     
The use of EL-Pro and EL-Lene product is ranging from screw cap, flip-top cap, fixed spout cap, dispenser cap, to food closure. EL-Pro and EL-Lene are provided in wide range properties to be suited with all customer's products which mostly require excellent balanced stiffness and impact strength, good processability, superior dimensioal stability, and sometime high clarity.
