The EL-Lene Brand high density polyethylene compound (HDPE) is manufactured by using sophisticated bimodal technology, which allows the molecular structure of the polyethylene resins to have desirable molecular weight, portion, and molecular weight distribution. This gives HDPE a host of exceptional attributes including greater processability and excellent mechanical properties such as long-term creep resistance, slow crack growth, rapid crack propagation, environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR), etc. The EL-Lene Brand HDPE is available in different grades for the manufacture of pressure and non-pressure pipe applications such as water pipes, gas pipes, drainage pipes, sewage pipes, conduit pipes, mining pipes, and the like.

EL-Lene H1000PC
is a black high density polyethylene compound that meets the PE100 Classification and has a minimum required strength (MRS) of 10.0 megapascals (MPa). TPE’s advanced compound technology ensures good dispersion of carbon black pigments and additives, giving the product high UV protection and excellent thermal stability. With maximum material strength, high working pressure, cleanliness, safety and long useful service life, EL-Lene H1000PC is appropriate for use in the manufacture of water pipes, drainage pipes, sewage pipes, mining pipes, etc.

     
EL-Lene H5211PC
is a black high density polyethylene compound that meets the PE80 Classification and has a minimum required strength (MRS) of 8.0 megapascals (MPa). TPE’s advanced compound technology ensures good dispersion of carbon black pigments and additives, giving the product high UV protection and excellent thermal stability. With maximum material strength, high working pressure, cleanliness, safety and long useful service life, EL-Lene H5211PC is typically used in water pipes, gas pipes, drainage pipes, sewage pipes, sewage pipes, mining pipes, conduit pipes, etc.


EL-Lene H1000PBL
is a blue high density polyethylene compound that meets the PE100 Classification and has a minimum required strength (MRS) of 10.0 megapascals (MPa). TPE’s advanced compound technology ensures good dispersion of pigments and additives, giving the product high UV protection, excellent thermal stability and color consistency. With maximum material strength, high working pressure, cleanliness, safety, and long useful service life, EL-Lene H1000PBL is used for water pipes.


EL-Lene H1000PYL
is a yellow high density polyethylene compound. TPE’s advanced compound technology ensures good dispersion of pigments and additives, giving the product high UV protection, excellent color consistency, and long useful service life. EL-Lene H1000PYL is appropriate for the coextrusion of yellow strips onto the outside surface of PE100 pipes.

EL-Lene H5211PBL is a blue high density polyethylene compound. TPE’s advanced compound technology ensures good dispersion of pigments and additives, giving the product high UV protection, excellent color consistency, and long useful service life. EL-Lene H5211PBL is appropriate for the coextrusion of blue strips onto the outside surface of PE80 pipes


EL-Lene H5211PYL
is a yellow high density polyethylene compound. TPE’s advanced compound technology ensures good dispersion of pigments and additives, giving the product high UV protection, excellent color consistency, and long useful service life. EL-Lene 5211PYL is appropriate for the coextrusion of yellow strips onto the outside surface of PE80 pipes.

EL-Lene H5211P is typically used in drainage pipes, sewage pipes, mining pipes, or other compounds.

is a high density polyethylene with exceptional flowability and processability. Other outstanding attributes include excellent mechanical properties such as environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) and excellent thermal stability. EL-Lene H5211P is typically used in drainage pipes, sewage pipes, mining pipes, conduit pipes, or other color compounds.
