General Purpose Bag
 
To serve all differentiate requirements in general purpose application, EL-Lene and EL-Pro offer multiplicity grades to cover all of them with special characteristic in each products.
 

   
El-Lene HDPE offers an extensive grade of High Molecular Weight (HMW) HDPE resins that are widely used in a variety of bimodal film applications. El-Lene HDPE grades are designed for easy extrusion and excellent mechanical strength so they are well suit to general purpose bag including merchandise bags, roll bags and trash bags. Also with stiffer products, El-Lene HDPE provide an opportunity to reduce material costs through downgauging.

 
EL-Lene LLDPE and EL-Lene LDPE products meet all your variety requirements both in excellent processing and properties. The designed structure of EL-Lene LLDPE and EL-Lene LDPE make their film product has excellent clarity, high strength and good seability being suitable in general application such as vegetable bag, order bag or bread bag.


For PP, El-Pro PP Homopolymer product offers an extensive grade of PP resins that are widely used in a variety of film applications. El-Pro PP Homopolymer grades are designed for easy extrusion, excellent film clarity, excellent film openability and high temperature resistance so they are well suit to PP general purpose bag including hot food packaging and general display packaging.
 


Industrial & Heavy Duty Sack
 


EL-lene product offer extensive grades in each EL-Lene HDPE, EL-Lene-LLDPE and EL-Lene LDPE with individual designed structure to obtain the best in all properties for enhancing film in industrial & heavy duty application. With "bimodal technology", EL-Lene HDPE provides benefits in ease processing with excellent mechanical properties such as high stiffness and high tensile strength that can extend more loading weight of product or reduce material cost by film down guaging. Whereas, EL-Lene LLDPE and EL-Lene LDPE are developed to obtain high dard drop properties and seal strength. The unique strength make the manufacturer has many choice to serve their requirement both in using 100% of each polymer type or blending together between EL-Lene HDPE, EL-Lene LLDPE and EL-Lene LDPE or enhanced C8 comonomer product, which is widely used in liner for chemicals or pet food and rice/sugar bag.
 


Agricultural & Construction film
 

  
Gathering between designed structure characteristic and high performance antioxidant additive, EL-Lene product can be exposed to the sun for long time with remaining good properties in strength and appearance, which let EL-Lene is usable both in agricultural application such as mulching film or green house film and construction application such as for fish pond.
 


Pallet Stabilization & Packaging System
 

  
Met with the concern point of the application being appearance, strength in product protection, EL-Lene product is preferred in pallet stabilization and packaging sytem application including shrink film and stretch cling film. EL-Lene product offer proper shrink level for shrink application and proper elongational for stretch cling application conbined with high film strength (such as puncture resistance) to enhance performance in holding stag of products (both edge and no edge) and product protection and El-Lene also provide excellent clarity for better product appearance. That make EL-Lene is widely used both in industrial (eg. grouping of plastic pellet) and in food application.

 


Frozen Bag
 

  

Being suitable for frozen packaging such as for chicken or pork, EL-Lene LLDPE, EL-Lene LDPE product offer high clarity film for product image in clear observation, and also high strength film for product protection during storage and transportation at very temperature. Moreover, EL-Lene LLDPE and EL-Lene LDPE also provide more benefit in high puncture resistance property that proper with sharp product as seafood being the most one of import frozen product in global.


Zip Lock Bag
 

 
Zip lock bag is the application requiring special expertise of fabrication process with seriously concerning in zip formation. Realized the concern point, EL-Lene LDPE product is developed to be proper in the properties related with zip formation. Balance between swell ratio and stiffness make the zip part produced from EL-Lene LDPE is enhanced reclosing and product protection performance and prefer to be used in many manufacturers with varieties products (eg. for vegetable, fruit or sandwich)
