Extrusion Coating
With "Autoclave technology", EL-Lene extrusion coating grades provide excellent processability being key factors in each their fabrication, which include excellent neck in, high draw down ability and good wettability that make the user gain many benefits in using EL-Lene extrusion coating such as low waste, high speed processing, low coating weight for cost reduction, etc. These ability are offered in EL-Lene extrusion coating grade by compromizing with sealing properties (eg. seal strength, seal initial temperature and hot tack) and adhesion with many substrates.


Flexible Packaging Coating
 

           
El-Lene LDPE extrusion coating grades are the answer of all requirements in each function of flexible packaging application. They are suitable for sealant layer and tie layer application by mean of low sealing temperature and good adhesion with many substrate. Combined with their strength in processability, EL-Lene LDPE extrusion coating grades are usually used in flexible packaging application such as sachet, snack food product, frozen food, instant noodle, pet food, laundry product and confectionery product.
 


Paper Coating
 

     
High porousity of paper makes the application need good wettability of LDPE to be so close with paper layer that enhance adhesion between the two layer surface. Realized the requirement, EL-Lene LDPE extrusion coating grades are developed to serve the application such as slip sheet, sticker, industrial bag and paper cup with high melt flow rate for good wettability, while neck in and seal strength still proper.
 


Tarpaulin Coating
 

     
One of the polpular application of EL-Lene LDPE extrusion coating grade is tarpaulin including woven sack for variety products (such as rice, plastic pellet, chemicals or fertilizer) and tarpaulin for many purposes.With "Autoclave technology", excellent neck in is combined with good draw ability that make the users of EL-Lene LDPE extrusion coating grade gain cost saving in low waste, low coating weight and high speed out put with good adhesion to the woven.
